I meet him on twitter June 13 2019, started talking to Robert Carter on hanout, Told me he had a son 13 in boarding school, he aslo told me he was in Italy with other students, All of sudden the son was in a car wreck, Ask for money, and keep asking for money for his upkeep in the Hospital..
I believed him Robert carter was suposley a marine engineer his machine went out in August 2019 and need a knew one to finish his work. I sent him money for his machine. When work was over, He said he signed another 3 month contract in February 2020 and would not pay me back until the 3 months contract is over. That want happen.
I do not want anyone else falling to this man and would like hime block from Twitter and Hanout. I am a senior citizen and a widow. This man has done a lot of financiasl damage to me.

This is a stolen photo used by a Nigerian scammer which is the biggest and oldest scam. So you gave your money to a scammer and no need to use this man's photo because he probably does not even know his photo was stolen.
