 Juan C Rodas wrote over 35 000 dollars in payroll checks and 1 supply check. He then stopped payment on all of the checks falsely claiming they were altered. This caused every employee to not get paid and 7000.00 of tools to not be paid for. The payroll company factoring company has yet to be paid which they are holding 26,000 in checks pondering federal charges against Juan Radius Tools was scammed out of 7,000 in tools by Juan claiming he never wrote the check.

We now have Juan an illegal immigrant himself walking freely to do as he wants by ripping people off while working for mastec, GW comm and scamming them as well. This man must be stopped before more illegal activity gets any worse. He likes to play victim however his employees go 7,8 10 weeks with no pay.

 Your rebuttal proves nothing. Pay off who you scammed and we shall remove the complaint and charges.

To whom this may concern, I would like to rebute this case due to the high amount of false arguments being made over this company. I can personally add evidence proving that the arguments over this case are false.

I am currently employed by Rodas Underground Construction and in the past few weeks we've had to deal with racist remarks and threats from a former employer, We are certain these false accusstions are being made by such person and would like to use this rebute as a way to stop the harrasment.  

This company is in no way shape or form involved in illegal activities.
