Roger Fountain Threatening/Slander/Libel Houston TX

To any and all employers who may consider hiring this nitwit. please be advised that I brought him on as a Tm with a 3 day probationary period to determine if he could cut the mustard, well, not only did he decide to work ONLY the hours HE wanted to work for these three days, but when questioned about his work ethic he decided to quit with the reasoning that the wages he agreed to were slave labor. I gladly accepted his resignation. He was to be paid the following Friday and since he wasnt paid on HIS time ( please be advised I am in ca, a  2 hour time difference) he proceeded to threaten me, threaten my family and out right said he would slander me which he did by making a bogus rip off report. I have copies of all his racist, threatening, libelous emails smh. To file a police report is a waste of time, so, whats good for the goose is good for the gander, hence my warning to all propspective empoyers of this nitwit. Please be warned this dudes elevator isnt quite making it to the top,  a few french fries short of a happy meal. Do not hire this mentally deranged individual, you have been warned
