DO NOT USE ROOFS FOR EVERYONE IN CLERMONT FL – THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BOTCH THE JOB, AND VANISH WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

If I could give Roofs for Everyone zero stars, I would. This company is the definition of unprofessional, dishonest, and completely lacking in integrity. We hired them two years ago to install a brand new roof, thinking we were getting peace of mind and quality workmanship. What we got instead was a ticking time bomb — and now, it's exploding.

Two years later, we already have SPLIT SHINGLES and WATER LEAKING into the house near the fireplace. Let that sink in. A “new” roof that’s already failing. This wasn’t some minor cosmetic issue — this is water intrusion, a serious and costly problem caused by either poor installation or cheap materials. Either way, Roofs for Everyone is responsible. They offered a 5-year warranty at the time of installation, which they now conveniently refuse to honor.

When we contacted them about the issues, they did come out once — but their “fix” was laughable. It was a half-assed patch job that any reputable roofer would be ashamed of. Not only did it fail to resolve the water intrusion, it showed just how little they care about doing things right. And now? They won’t return calls. Won’t come out. Won’t do anything. Their 5-year warranty is a complete sham — apparently it only exists to make the sale, not to be honored when problems arise.

The most infuriating part of this entire experience was how the owner, David Rios, treated my 70-year-old mother. She called, politely asking them to come back and fix what is clearly a warranty issue, and he was shockingly rude, dismissive, and borderline hostile. Who treats an elderly customer like that — especially one dealing with roof damage and water intrusion caused by their own shoddy work? It was disgusting behavior and shows the kind of people running this company.

Let me be crystal clear: Roofs for Everyone, LLC does NOT stand behind their work. They do not care about quality. They do not care about customer service. And they sure as hell don’t care about keeping their word. This isn’t just about a bad roof — it’s about being lied to, disrespected, and left with thousands of dollars in damage while they wash their hands of it.

Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartache — hire ANYONE else. Roofs for Everyone is a disgrace to the roofing industry. I wouldn’t let them roof a doghouse, let alone trust them with a real home.

Roofs for Everyone? More like Roofs for No One. Stay far, far away.
