Buyer Beware!

The rug I received was as cheap as it could get.  It is thin, poorly made and horrible to look at, horrible to walk on -- it is not as depicted in the picture.   I would not have it in my home.  It was purchased through Walmart online.

Return?  Forget it.  They will  not send a return label due to "buyer's remorse."  You bet there is remorse because it costs twice what the rug cost, to return it UPS and it is a terrible excuse for a rug.

So.  I don't get a refund either.  I wouldn't wish this "rug" on my cat or dog, so it goes into the trash.  This outfit is massive and their presence includes Europe.

So, watch out and make sure of what you are buying and do not count on a return or refund.
