these people are part of a crooked organization and are actively stealing money from the taxpayers and renters. Instead of fixing the patterns of fraud when confronted they construct evictions with false arrears. These people need to be dealt with. I also believe the municipality they are in are also benefiting from the fraud. If you rent from them review all charges, demand everything be provided as a physical document. They use RealPage and similar software to create the appearance of arrears and make demands. Review financial history!!!

What interest could they possibly have in evicting a good tenant? What would be the point? It is quite expensive to re-rent an apartment, typically it wipes out 6 months to a year of profits. And any such eviction would get thrown out as soon as it got in front of a judge and you produced evidence that you paid the rent as agreed. As to them using software to help analyze the market and set rates: what is the issue with that? If their prices are too high, rent somewhere else. The market sorts this stuff out very efficiently.
