Seth Fried at (((REDACTED))) Woodmere, NY (((REDACTED))) purchased a used Chanel handbag that was in impeccable condition from an eBay listing which explicitly stated “no returns”. Seth agreed to this listing by placing an offer of which was accepted.

Seth Fried received the handbag, then filed a complaint to eBay falsely claiming the handbag was not in the condition as described. Seth LIED to eBay. Since eBay favors buyers and not sellers, they agreed to his claim and refunded to him $1100.

Seth then claims he sent the handbag back, no one knows if it was the actual bag or just a bag of marbles, but sent it to the wrong address. The box was rejected by  whomever was at the address he sent it to and the box went back to Seth.

Seth then ignored ALL, 6 total, attempts to retrieve the bag and give it back to its rightful owner.  Seth Fried then sold the bag AND kept the money. Seth and Dahlia Fried are manipulating thieves. They have effectively found an eBay loophole and committeed fraud and theft.

These people are not good people. They are a fraud and they are thieves.
