This home should be condemned!  It is owned by a greedy slumlord foreigner, Sharmin Karim, who refuses to invest in her property.  All of the appliances are old and busted.  The toilets are rusty and leaky, the plumbing is terrible, and it has electrical issues.  If you plug two or more appliances into electrical outlets on the same wall, the power will trip.  The backdoor is eaten out by termites and the front door has dents all in it.  It is also full of spiders and rats. 

This greedy woman has NEVER pressure sprayed the home since she has owned it and has just been renting it out to families.  Now she wants to put it on the market knowing it has roof leaks and other major repairs that need to be done to the property.  BUYERS BEWARE....she will hire unlicensed people to patch up and paint over major issues that will cost you a lot of money in the long run.  This is one house you MUST PASS OVER! 

Renters, if you stumble upon her ad, RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.  This woman is a greedy slumlord who will NOT make any repairs while you are living in there.  She has a friend who lives close by who watches the property and if you pay late, he will put notices on all of the doors and jimmy the locks so you can't enter the premises.  She lies to get her way, will NOT honor federal or state laws, and cannot be trusted in any business dealings.  Contracts mean nothing to her, as she will commit fraud and criminal activity (signing for your mail, changing contract end dates, and other things) to get her way.  AVOID THIS HOME LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
