shane tobin - My Broker Insurance pressured me to take insurance i didn't want or need thurles

I was cold called by an agent from shane tobins company "my broker insurances". The person i was peasking to was a girl, i cant remeber her name but she was offering me a review of the insurance that had in place. i had a small policy for myself and my husband that cost about 250 euros per year that i was happy with. it old this to the girl and she said there was no  harm in having a review so i agreed

after the review i decided i was still hppy with the policy i had in place and didn't want to change. This is when the girl passed tthe call to mr toobin. he slated the policy i had in place and said i needed to take a policy out for 750 per year to have enough insurance for my age and for my husband, i said i'd think about it but again he was very forcefull. i filled out  form with him telling him of my husbands ill health, hea sid it wouldn't be a problem.

after i signed up i got a letter from the insurance company detailing what information i had given shane but on the form my husbands health condition was not reported shane had said that my husband had a clean bill of health. 

My local insurance broker tried to apply for my origianl cover back again with the correct medical details for my husband but after a doctors report my husband is now too ill to get the insurance back after i cancelled it for the policy that mr tobin made me sign up for.

so now. i have no life insurance if my husband dies and its all becase i was lied to my mr tobin. he tried to make me pay  over 60 euros a month for insurance thatthe insurance company would not have honored if my husband passed. he is a frsudster and if he rings your phone don't give him the time of day because he will try to rip you off
