INVESTOR'S BEWARE...SIMON WILBY is a SCAM artist, con-man and a complete SOCIOPATH!!! He operates under several bogus companies; Smart Mouth, Smart Inventor, Smart One, Solar Energy, Smart Translations, Smater Apps, etc...they are all are BS.
He is currently back in the US going between Las Vegas, Los Angeles and New York and back to his shady practices. Trying to live a lavish lifestyle looking for houses & cars to buy that he can not afford, while wasting peoples time and stealing their money and if you cross him, he will threaten you! He has ALL the characteristics of a SOCIOPATH, a complete pathological liar who's drunken stupor will hopefully get the best of him.
He's good at what he does, he will lure you in with his charm and made up stories and manipulate you into believing in his dream of being a millionaire with his so-called 'Inventions'. His partner in crime, MICHAEL SIRMAN, is also just as shady. They falsify documents to get what they need and mislead investors to get money. They were both banned from trading by the Canadian Securities Commission in 2010 in a lawsuit for illegally taking part in the distribution of The Hear Now securities misleading their investors on their ROI.
DO NOT TRUST SIMON WILBY or ANY of the people "working" with him. BEWARE of SIMON WILBY!!!
He needs to be stopped, there is so many similar stories that go back years & years. Do your research on Simon Wilby before you deal with him. You WILL get screwed over!! HELP STOP SIMON WILBY - The SMART MOUTH ALCOHOLIC INVENTOR!
