Skyplus Capital Group is offering project funding through a person called Donald Tristan.
After brief email discussion, Donald says they can fund your project but you must open a bank A/c with Garanti Royal, a supposed Internet only bank based in Turkey & is affiliated with the Turkish Royal family. However for an internet only bank they have no presence on the internet and in actuality no website.
The bank also wants you deposit up to US$20,000 to open an account.
After repeated requests to the bank's rep, Mr. Tyler Nathan (who used a gmail A/c) to point me to the bank's website, they could not do this and in fact then refused to do business.
Please be aware this is a classic up-front fee scam and if you ever pay money to this fake bank you will lose your money.
