SmartSelect Technologies LLC I provided services to the contracted company through Smartselect, and SmartSelect refuses to pay me for the services I provided for an entire month Pembroke Pines Florida

I was contracted under SmartSelect Technologies LLC. I termed my contract with the company due to some discrepancies. I was told that I would receive my last two invoices that were due to me after 90 days from the date I termed my contract with the company.

When the 90Days came around 7/11/19 I was told my pay would be sent to me by mail. And then was told by the owner of SmartSelect after I reach out again about my owed pay to seek legal actions if I felt is was nessesary in order for me to receive my money from them.

He said it was less likely that I would seek legal actions anyway. I was shocked by the reply and this also tells me that I'm possibly not the only one that has gone through this with this company.
