SourceOrtho Supply is such a ripoff! They are charging me for a defective unusable product that they falsely advertise as “form fit”. It's a sling with an abduction pillow for shoulder surgery. Straps are huge, can’t fit a smaller person, instructions are so unclear on how to wear the product with these humongous straps, product came defective and now they are charging me shipping back and restocking of their defective product!
I initially sent pictures of the defect, which they acknowledged and sent me a prepaid shipping label. Now they are claiming product is not defective and that I should have known to remove a tight piece of incorrectly attached Velcro to another location to make the product work. Absolute BS to be charged these fees for a defective product that is being falsely advertised!
