I'm writing my ripoff report because we where treated very poorly and given many lies in the beginning of this transaction with the finance office from the sales manager who tried scamming us into taking a deal with more money rather then $1k for the down-payment. My family was very hurt over this and im not happy with the way it went down. Amin the manager lied over and over about contacting the head boss to make a deal he rather kick us out and treated us like animals.

After looking at the yelp reviews and trying to find out who this criminal is I found more disturbing reviews on him and now see why! We are not happy and never taken time to write about a company that treated us like low class citizens. He also ran my credit over and over after checking my emails and seeing what he was doing all along. This man should not be a manager or have the ability to treat others with harsh words telling us to get out and ignoring me when I asked to speak with his boss.

I wrote my yelp review and after looking at them all on yelp I don't trust any of them at all. What a ripoff and disappointing day 104 degrees hot with my kids. What kind of company allows a family to be put into a finance office and then kicked out with telling us its no deal? never written any reviews but people should know not to got to these liars. They are no good people. Except for one of the sales man name Malik a very tall black man approached us in the end got yelled at for talking to us.

You make a deal you're ready to sign and in the end they say there having problems and want more money down. When we had already made a deal with the manager Amin and they are now changing it completely. 6k more and tried to trick us! Then you ask for the general manager and they say he left an hour ago. Don't even want to give us a phone number to call. They just tell you to call the dealer tomorrow and ask for a general manager.

Bottom line they don't know how to be straight up with people. They tell you what you want to hear and when you go to finance it's a different story. We got there at 4 and left around 7:30, was hot like i said 104 heat and with kids. Customer service sucks. You would expect better things to come out of Dodge. I'll give you an update if there is any changes, due to them saying they will work something out. It we are not going out of our way to ever shop there again. Velia
