I'm willing to bet that this is what ACTUALLY happened:  You walked into a place that has restrooms for patrons only, ignored the crew and just went to the bathroom.  When you walked out you were confronted by the owner and told what you already knew- that the restrooms are for patrons only.  Maybe you weren't wearing a mask, either (even in Covid times, we should remember, we have manners, right?)  You blew up and created a scene and got thrown out.  You didn't call the police because the rest of it simply didn't happen, or it did and you knew you were 100 percent at fault.

Don't even bother to respond unless you are going to add that you got the police involved, and post a photo of the report.  You sound like a loon.

What did the police say when you called them??? OH you did not but filed a report with the BBB? Nope don't believe it. 

You're trying to tell us that you used a restaurant bathroom and then were assaulted by the manager and "pinned down" by the crew-- for no reason?  And you didn't call the police and file a report, just decided this was a "ripoff?"

I call BS.  What are you leaving out?  Were you told that the restrooms were for customers only and pushed your way in anyway?  Did you become belligerant when told to leave?  Come on, there's more to the story than what you have here, and you know it, otherwise the police would have gotten involved.  So how about an unabridged version?
