These guys put what appears to be used oil either the oil they just drained from my engine or the last customers oil back into my engine. it was in a bucket not from the metered fresh oil fill nozzle. When i asked the guy writing up my bill just said "Oh are you looking for a engine treatment or something" i said its a brand new car with its 4th oil change. oh and they had to replace my oil drain plug for some reason? but couldnt show me the old plug. that is weird to say the least and probably not fair business practice. No supervisor on duty.

Someone who was claiming to be the manager who never introduced himself so i still dont know his name, called me this morning stating that he reviewed the video and defends his workers and demanded that his years experience refutes any claim i had. I drove back to the location to show him exactly the issue i had with the oil discoloration and he said that it was correct.
I asked him to show me the oil supposedly was being put into my engine and he even put some on my worksheet, oh my gosh it was clear. Then i asked for a sample. He got very fustrated and ran back into the service bay and then told me to leave the property he was calling authorities. I have a witness to todays events as well. Next steps to come
