Teri Ann Martin is responsible for property damage over $2,000. She was renting a room with her two small dogs. At one point she left her dogs locked in the room for a week. The dogs peed and pooped all over the wood floors. She also broke glass items and never replaced them.

She told us that she would have everything fixed the day she moved out. Since then she has changed her number. Her mother Deborah Martin has been protecting the whereabouts where her daughter is. This is to try to avoid the civil lawsuit that is being filed against Teri. Teri is a very irresponsible dog owner and tenet.

At one point we almost had to call animal control on her for animal abuse. She lies all the time with excuses for her poor actions. Even her own family had stated she lies and runs from her issues.
