I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an ongoing issue with TikTok Shop. I placed several orders amounting to $490, and I have yet to receive any of the items. I have contacted both TikTok Shop and Amazon, the shipping carrier listed, but neither has offered any help. Despite TikTok Shop's claims of 100% customer satisfaction and guaranteed refunds, they have not upheld these promises. My attempts to reach their customer service have resulted in dismissive and unhelpful replies. It is unacceptable to endure such difficulty in trying to get back my hard-earned money. I relied on this platform due to their assurances, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I am requesting an immediate full refund of $490, as I have not received the products or services I was promised. I've reached out to BBB and the outcome is still the same .
