From the above link I purchased an African American Reborn Doll. They sent a doll worse than what I could have purchased at the dollar store. I notified the seller sent an attached photo and asked for them to send the correct doll or a send me a full refund.

The seller refused and even stated that they know they should give me a full refund, but if they do they would lose money. They also had the nerve to ask me to accept $2 refund for the trouble after I paid $37.98 to receive a piece of crap doll that is worth less than 5 cents.
