TBT offered Bear Arms financing in the amount of $10,000,000 USD. TBT represented they would offer the financing as part of their SBLC process. TBT offered schedules and deadlines and directly and in writing advised Bear Arms to make decisions based on TBT schedule of funding.
Please see attached What’s App Chat transcript with over 100 incidents of confirmation of funding schedule and clear advice to make decisions on this funding. TBT engaged directly with Bear Arms clients and made false representations to these clients.
Bear and their clients relied on this advice and made decisions based on this advice.
TBT represented an expertise in the field of off ledger bank transactions. TBT advised Bear to ignore their current business contracts and “wait until your coffers are full” to revisit them. TBT directly advised Bear that funding was imminent on multiple occasions. TBT advertised itself as banking experts and SBLC monetizing experts. TBT attempted to collect advance fees for SBLC monetization on numerous occasion with clear understanding that TBT had no ability to complete an SBLC monetization.
TBT did take money from Bear. TBT directly requested advance fees to complete the monetization process. Direct and clear examples attached to this letter. TBT offered in writing to pay the advance fees or the SBLC monetization on behalf of Bear. Bear, in response to direct request from Helen Corey placed money in escrow on two occasions.
TBT engages with known criminals to fraudulently obtain credit lines using off ledger transactions and knowingly subjected Bear Arms to criminal activity.
