1. She has been found by a Judge to have abandonded her child.

2. She has never once attempted to speak with her child, and with no restrictions put in place preventing her from doing so.

3. She refuses to anowledge her daughter's existence.

4. She finally contacted the courts in October of 2020, only to attempt to prevent her taxes from being offset, nothing else was she interested in.

5. She has been given ample warning before every single post has been made about her online, to change her actions prior to the post being made.  She refuses to even speak a single word to her daughter.

6. She continues to lie about her situation.
