Wellcare Does nothing for people like me who have trouble with pharmacies who discriminate and harasses us like cvs and walmart who give us a hard time in filling our prescriptions or bad customer service well care pays them to fill our prescriptions but they don't do nothing to them Tampa FL

It was Matthew Waldrup, Christine, and Dereck who caused me problems at the Phenix city CVS. They slandered me to the police even though it was Matthew who caused the uproar when I asked the tech why I had to wait 1 hour for my medicine. When in the past it would only take 15 minutes for them to fill it if I came inside.

I was done dirty & unjustly by Matthew and Christine. Who unjustly lied and slandered me to the police just to get rid of me. Because they never wanted me as their customer for some reason. Wellcare pays them to fill people's medications. But they harassed and abused me!

It was all due to the investigator at the Board of Pharmacy saying they did nothing wrong.  Bad customer service always making me drive around or come inside then yelling at me in front of other customers like Matthew the pharmacist did then telling me not to ever come back.

 Then he got Christine involved after me telling me to leave while I was leaving the store. And they told the phenix city police I wasn't allowed to come back or I would be arrested. It just hurts me to death how I was treated. The board of pharmacy unleased a pack of wolves to retaliate against me.

The Board of Pharmacy allows CVS pharmacists and techs to be tyrants along with wellcare. The Board of Pharmacy gives them permission to abuse customers.

Wellcare has told me to file a complaint with the civil rights OCR in Washington dc. But they refuse to help me. This pharmacist at CVS got away with violating my privacy rights about my complaint I filed with the Board of Pharmacy. That is between me and the store not anyone else. But he made it everyone else business.

He was a creep & it shocks me how he was able to become a pharmacist treated people like this. With him saying I'm not filling your prescription. Because Wellcare & the Board of Pharmacy doesn't punish these pharmacies or abusive bully pharmacist.

This intern pharmacist is illegally withholding my prescription Xanax at my Phenix City Walmart neighborhood market in Ladonia  in phenix city. Which on 06/22/2020 I dropped off my family members' eye cream & the tech told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. Wll I came back 30 minutes later after waiting 20 minutes in line.  They told me it still wasn't ready.

  They tried to make an excuse that the date wasn't on the prescription. Which i pointed out to them that it was. Then some woman name Veronika came to the window trying to make me drive around which I refused to. They weren't making anyone else drive around. So why should I have too.

They seemed shocked that I stood up for myself. Then they futher insulted me even more by telling me that it wasn't even in stock too futher anger me even more. 

  On 06/24/2020 when my refill for my Xanax was due. I called to see if they could fill it. At first this intern pharmacist said she would fill it but it would be by 2:00 pm. So I called to be sure then she started insisting that she could transfer it to another pharmacy.

They had no problems filling it on 05/22/2020. And all of a sudden they are having an issue filling my legal prescription which my Doctor gave me 3 refills for.

My complaint is that the Walmart pharmacy employees. Wasn't making anyone else drive around. Why were they picking on me? This is discrimination & a direct violation of my civil rights! Because I am WHITE!

Why can't I have a life or live a life? People have never been able to answer this question. Why am I always so abused and harassed? Why has my right to live been taken away from me?

When did you move to Florida?  Isn't it strange that your troubles followed you all the way there?
