They took my private information like social security number, debit card information and EBT card information and charged a $4.95 fee which they said was the shipping and handling for the free android tablet with 12 months of wifi hotspot and talk, text and data. This device falls along the lines of the benefits being offered when you qualify for the EBB government program.

I had already spent the day researching companies that were participating and hadnt found one with a tablet yet and saw their ad on facebook and immediately jumped at it. The process was quick and i didnt think anything of it because i had already been applying and it was standard proceedure that all other companies are doing. They said it would take 7 to 10 days for the tablet to arrive.

I sent 3 emails to them and received no response and when the 14th day came with no delivery i had a feeling this was bogus. I knew a week after applying something was fishy because I couldn’t find anything online about them and no ebb websites listed them. Then i looked over their website and theres no info to contact them besides the website email which sends back a automated response thats from another email hosting site and its not even a real company email address.

I searched online and finally found this one complaint on here. Its been 4 weeks with no response. Im paying attention to my account but nothing has been taken but with my personal identifying information now in their hands they could be applying for programs. Now i have to get all that locked down. If anyone has any info about this and if theres more i can do to go after them please let me know on here. Im pissed Facebook has their ads blasted all over their site also
