Wish.com They cheat on me, took my money and they do not give it back San Francisco CA

On 30 Oct 2019 I was looking and putting in basket some items in case i decide to order them, from wish.com side.

I accidentally pressed a button and the order was made and paid (170.05 euro) without asking me to confirm it. Just, by pressing one button.

I notified them within 2 Hours (their advertisement says 8 hours) to cancel the order. After 2 days they refund 99.75 euro. I sent an email to them, that they supposed to refund 70.30 euro more.

They keep asking me to check my bank in 14 days. After 2 months the said that I cannot get refund because they shipped the rest of the items (which I never got, anyway) and that I cannot get refund after 30 days. I believe this company cheated on my, they took my money without asking me and they are not willing to return the money to me.
