Harold is an AWFUL, AWFUL,  AWFUL man. Disrespectful. Awful man in an incredibly cheap suit.  

The owners are just as bad.  I had called 9times before enlisting the local Police. District Attorney, and NY State Health Department.  We have also created a law that will expedite elder abuse prior to it having to go through the inevitable channels, using regular Mail. 

Time our loved one’s do not have. it will also hold the abusers accountable. 
It's estimated that our dear elderly loved ones that are abused, carry a mortality rate 300% higher. Aa it stands, our elderly are not cared for properly by the medical community, nor by local law enforcement that default to again, the Department of Health. 

It's the very reason our abused elderly die at the 300% higher rate. No one is held accountable, and the laws to date do not allow for any reasonable damage. So, no one has to care. Until now. TY Senator Schumer for expressing your concerns of and for the elderly community.

If you dislike the deceased then by all means visit Wright-Beard. If you hold any affection for the late individual, R U N.  Awful. Awful. Awful. 

First of all they let only my sister dictate the service.  If that’s what you’d call it.  My mother looked awful, was stained, wrinkled, untucked, and god knows what else. I’ve had to file Desecration charges and the following:

Mishandling of Remains.

*The way my mother was prepared is nothing short of disrespectful, with utter disregard. 

Embalming Errors.

*Pathologist described the debunked job that left my mother’s torso egregiously stained embalming seepage. 

The joke was that my mother did like coffee- nice. 

It was not the alleged coffee, but embalming errors. 

Improper Treatment of Remains

*My mother’s remains were transferred to another facility and the manner in which she arrived was horrific, undignified, and blatant disregard. 

Theft and Fraud

*The fees listed are not what was charged. 

There was no memorial. There was no funeral ceremony. The remains were forwarded without dignity. Without respect.  Without any humanity or decency. She’s now residing in a holding tank with nothing more than a robe. Certainly not the beauty that she is supposed to be eternally. 

This is also not just a grieving son, but also the result of a pathology report, and the pathologist who was kind, thoughtful, and everything you'd hope for should your loved one need some light shed upon this darkest times.

This is also not the first issue. The last one we lost, I was scheduled to fly and to bring my beloved baby sister home with me.  While arriving to discuss arrangements, ‘Harold’ has told me that my sister had ‘just begun to be cremated!’ What the living hell! I’m beyond distraught… I’ve been beyond traumatized.  So much so that I’ve been asleep for a week.  Even the thought of being awake is too much to take.
