I had a remote start installed in March 2021 at the Zeibart location in Henrietta. I have taken it twice to Henrietta and four times to the Lyell Ave location. the problem that i am having is when I turn it on it turns the ac on changes the settings to the floor and lowers the temp. They knew that it was not compatible to the car but still installed it when i asked for them to take it out and get a refund they said no.
I also paid over 1 grand for them to clean it every year and they never cleaned it. I want everyone to know not to go to Ziebart they are a rip off. they talk a good game and when its all said and done they are not willing to help what they did wrong. Brandon is the manager for the Lyell Ave location its been three weeks and i have not rcvd a phone call from him.
