Came in to try the space thinking that when they said, "trial period," that meant an actual "trial period," where you get to try out the space before you commit. They forgot to mention till the very end of the first day that the trial period, while for 30 days, would run you more than $500....for a f*cking trial period.
Then they were so ecstatic to tell you about their even more f*cking outrageous prices that start at more than $1,000 a month. Tell them you don't really have $500 to just drop for a f*cking trial period and that you could think of better things to waste money on and they can't act f*cking twisted enough.
Their attitude is more rude than Starbucks employees when you ask for a sample first before you purchase their outrageous coffee. If you make any purchase at all. $500 for a month? I would rather go shopping. Jesus H Christ.

I agree with the opinion on overpriced trial periods. Maybe not starbucks but, I see what the point of the report is. Customer service as an industry has drifted away from concern for the customer experience to emphasis for the bottom line. A decent experience is not much to ask for. And paying just to be able to have that, should not be the standard.

The "trial period" means that they were offering you a deep discount for the first month- there's nothing unusual about this at all. Check out cable companies that offer prime channels for half price the first month or six months or even a year for example, with the price going back to regular rates afterwards. This isn't extraordinary at all.
This company told you what they meant by "trial period," and instead of just saying "no thanks," you decided to blow a fuse because you thought all "trial periods" should mean "free of charge?" Well, they don't. And they said so.
And then you out yourself as one of those jacktards who hold up the line of Starbucks asking for free samples. Using your own phrasing, "Jesus H Christ," just order and move along, actual customers want to buy their coffee and get on with their lives.
There is no ripoff here. Now wipe the spittle off your screen, you're making a fool of yourself. Go shopping.
