ZestAds Limited Advertised on Facebook with an inferior product, described it larger than it is, arrived damaged. WAN CHAI

I ordered two space heaters, which arrived after 2 months.  When  I plugged one  in the sockets, it worked for about 15 minutes, made an electrical spark and stopped,  I tried again but it didn't work.  Sent emails to both addresses, one listed above, but received no answer.  Since I paid with PayPal, I checked with them and they said I had to contact the seller, which I had already done. 

I asked for help through their resolution center and they said they would check it out.  They gave me an address in Hong Kong, listed above and told me to return the product to that address.  There is no phone number for Zest Ads Ltd, which was required for shipment. 

This company is selling inferior or damaged products, and there is no way to return them. Pay Pal is allowing this company to continue this.  PayPal closed my dispute with them and I am out of $90 because of them. I believe both companies are scamming customers in this manner.
