Zippy Shell Pack Rat They refused to deliver my items to our new home

This company is so unethical and irresponsible. My family and I paid them over $3k for them to deliver our stuff from TX to AZ and then to hold our stuff in storage until we find a new home. Well we recently found a new home we can move into on 11/5, we reached out to Zippy shell on 10/28 to deliver our things on 11/5 and they tell us they cannot deliver our things until 11/15! They have done nothing to expedite the process of delivering our things, in fact when I spoke to their person in charge of dispute resolutions, she never apologized she literally said Zippyshell has done nothing wrong, she had the nerve to blame it on the facility where our container is being held.

It’s bad enough this company is terrible to work with and has left my family without all our things for an extra week and half. Even they have refused to acknowledge this massive inconvenience and reimburse us for the distress this has caused our family. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! HIRE ANYONE ELSE!
