I used this service when I came back the states for a while. I was told the funds I put in my account would remain until used, that there was no experation date. I had to go back to Japan and am now permently in the states. Since I am no longer using this service I called to get a refund for the funds in my account and they told me they had expired. They are basically stealing from me. I wonder how many customers they have done this to.
