Techni-Logic Communications Richard Cole Refuse to Pay Contractors!! Texas Farmers Branch

I cannot express enough DO NOT ACCEPT WORK OR CONTRACT THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!

We were contracted to cable and upgrade the technology, cameras etc. for company who hired Techni-Logic Communications aka Ricard Cole. They contacted us and needed a "rush" install of 5 different locations. Jacksonville, Daytona,Ocala,Sarasota,and Orlando Florida. We are very accomidating ,no problem I rescheduled our whole schedule of current contractors and clients. My guys all were working over time and weekends, over nights. We jumped through hoops for Ricard Cole and Techni-Logic Communications. 

When it comes time to pay their invoices due I have had to personally beg for payment due on every single invoice. I would go weeks with out ANY communication in return. I was told constantly ppl were out of the office. 

Techni Logic Communications owes Envision Telecom $3,940.00  

I have tried to communicate since October 2023. it is now Jan 10 2024. This work was done in August 2023. At first I was not recieveing any return calls or emails. Finally I hear back in November from the accounting person Terra. She says that Richard was out of town. I have called numerous times and emailed the accounting dept and Richard Cole. I have contacted the onsite company. 

Please do not work with Techni-Logic Communications. They rip ppl off. They will not pay you!! We are a family buiness and cant afford to eat $3,940. Paying for gas hotels and my technicians has had to come right out of our pockets with nothing in return. These ppl have no qualms screwing companies over. We are a small company and I will protect it! I am happy to scream it from the roof tops, I will protect our comapny and our good name. If they are broke than just tell me. We can work with anyone. Its just so wrong to demand that we put all of our work on hold aand rush his work and then not get paid for it. I have "reciepts", Emails texts calls pictures etc. I kept track of everythig because of the delay in payment from Techni-Logic Communications. I have made calls ,waiting on a responce from the actually company we did this work for. They are large national building company who do not deserve this kind of problem.
