Richard Cole is the owner. He defrauds working people of their money. He refuses to honor his contracts and stiffs subs of their pay. He ripped me off for over 2,000.00. He runs a calculated scam where he promises money for work but then pays far less than promised. He has done this many time as evident by how smoothly he empolyed the scam. He claims I did terrible work despite pictures to the contrary and having used my company for four years prior to that. He calls me a liar despite emails with his own words. He is a fraud artist, He issues work orders for site prep inlucing cabling, cameras and security. Then he refuses to pay the full amount of the bill and leaves his sub contractors at a loss. He is a very slick liar and a fraud artist. My hard work was stolen from me and I had to dig into my own pocket to over 1500.00 to cover my labor losses from his scam plus 500.00 in expenses.

Richard Cole: You know you are in the wrong.
ISC did nothing wrong. We were operating under your approved guidelines as to when we could schedule the work and in what order. Again, YOU approved the changes to the work schedule. We asked your permission. Had you said no, I woupld have made arrangements. You are fully responsible for the unhappy client, not me. You coukld not of course admit this to your client since you knew you would get your a*s slapped.
It was when you got socked with an unexpected snap inspection by your client that you had to throw us under the bus to cover for the fact your customer did not approve of your modifications to their procedures. You also did real damage to one of the sites which required me to redo what we had already put in place adding more time to the project. You concocted a BS story claiming that your client had cancelled a deal, a contract, made between you and me.
That is not legal anywhere in this country. You then elected to inject yourself into our work and put us 24 hours behind as you sat on a vital piece of equipment we needed for two days while my men waited with no way to finish. You were at one site for 10 hours and the only thing you accomplished was hanging a TV while my men couold not use the lift you took for your exclusive use. I could go on about this but you knew what you were doing as I understood from your staff that you do this all the time.
Again at every step I sought your advice and permission and was only told "how shouold I know?" You did that. So we did the best we could. You also claimed you cuold not give me an answer on how to proceed because you were too "emotiaonally distraught" and leaving me to flap in the wind and make my own decisions. I have the letter detailing your lies. If you werein the right you would not have had to make up such nonsense.
We had a deal and you reneged either out of corruption or incompetence. Either way you failed to honor your side of the deal. We did work for you in the past and if you had any complaints you could have made it known before you assigned my company those jobs. Logic implies you had no complaints. My company is the victim. Not you. You profited. You have some nerve lecturing me on acceptable risk in business.

Both Sides of the Story

I really wanted to turn the other cheek on this and let it go but to many people have advised that my name, my company’s name, the reputation of my employees & my character are in question here and that is no longer acceptable.
What the author neglects to mention is the timeline that is dictated by the customer, and agreed to by all including, the author (pmc) was not met requiring me personally to fly out to deal with an angry customer and unfinish job.
What the author neglects to mention is that there was a pre-defined scope of work as dictated by the customer, which he chose to abandon stating that “his way was the right way.”
The job in question was also a two stage job that started one week and then a return visit was required two weeks later. And again, what the author neglects to mention is that the end-customer requested that due to performance and behavior issues that the author’s team not be utilized for the second stage of the overall job. The authors reference to “he ripped me off for over $ 2,000.00” was that he expected to be paid for the second stage of work even though he didn’t do the work.
The hard truth is that (pmc), the author of the rip-off report, over-extended himself with subcontractor labor and when his subs didn’t keep their timeline, he couldn’t keep his, as per our agreement. With travel expenses, having to re-do a lot of the work done by PMC to meet the customer’s expectations, I too lost over $ 4,000.00. To date, my company, on this customer alone has done over 140 sites without a single sub-contractor complaint other than (pmc), the author’s.
There are unfortunately times working with subs when you just have to say “it didn’t work out” and pay the price even if it goes to someone who’s work was undeserving. Live and learn some would say. In this specific case with the author, using bully tactics demanded he be paid for work that he didn’t even do?
