1-800-315-4730 VOIP Fraudulent Charges for Non-Existent Services Rendered Nationwide

Saturday, October 17th, 2015: I was charged in mid SEP2015 for service by this non-existent company. I called them and asked him how the heck did they get my information because I never signed up for anything. The guy said that yes I did and probably forgot. He seemed nice but come to think about it, a little "too nice" in my opinion. I think he just wanted to tell me what I wanted to hear and get me off the phone fast. He said he needed to look up my information and surprising it seemed to have been found very quickly. He listened to me explain how I don't even know what this service is for. He said it was VoIP (Voice over IP) (IP means Internet Protocol). Basically it is for using your computer or any other electronic device with telephone capabilities to talk to someone using the Internet. I told him I never used it. He supposedly looked at my account and said that yes indeed, it looks like it was never used and that he could reverse the charge but that it would take ten business days. Okay, so weeks go by and I thought I was giving them enough time. During this time my daughter had her baby, my first grandson, and it's been hectic around here. Yesterday I was checking on my account and low and behold a second charge from the same 'company'! From having called on them in the past, they are not 'open' on the weekends, only Monday through Friday and they are located somewhere on or near the east coast since they say their operating hours are on EST (Eastern Standard Time). I will call on them on Monday and pity on the person that answers that phone call that day because I will not act nicely no matter how nicely I am treated. I now know this is a scam and will demand my two months of 'service' to be refunded. I will post here again once this has been resolved with what I did to get my money back, both from them and my bank as these charges incurred over draft fees. I only use my account for direct deposits. Once the money comes in, my account stays at zero balance until the the next deposit comes in.
