1-800-4-A-PHONE, ALSO CALLED PHONECO AND FORMERLY KNOWN AS ACCUTEL ARE FULL OF CRAP. THEY TELL ALL THESE LIES ON THE TV COMMERCIALS AND THEN THEY "PREY ON" HARD-WORKING, INNOCENT, PEOPLE AND STEAL THEIR MONEY!
THE MAIN MANAGER OF THE SITE IS MR. NELSON DAVIS, WHO IS AS CHARMING AS A SNAKE, JUST BECOME THE VENOM STRIKES...AND BY THE WAY, HE HAS TRAINED THE STAFF, TO BE THE SAME CONNIVING, SNEAKING WAY.
THE MOST RECENT EPISODE (ONE OF MANY) THAT I'VE HAD WITH THEM, IS THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT I'D BE INSTALLED IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, AND THAT WAS IN DECEMBER, 2004-UP UNTIL THE DAY I MOVED IN JUNE, 2005-I STILL DID NOT HAVE PHONE SERVICE AND MY MONEY WAS NEVER RETURNED TO ME!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE JUST "SUCK" AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH THERE WAS A NICER WAY TO SAY IT, BUT IT'S NOT! THEY YELL AT YOU, LIE TO YOU, REFUSE TO TRANSFER YOU, REFUSE TO GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THEM-THE ONLY REASON I GOT NELSON DAVIS' NAME, IS BECAUSE IT CAME ON SOME PAPERWORK, WITH THEM, WHEN I TRIED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, BEFORE. THEN, I WAS OVER-CHARGED AND TREATED VERY POORLY...AGAIN!
GOD HELP THEM!!!
THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN......FOREVER!!! PLEASE CALL ME AT (number deleted - see link below), IF YOU EVER NEED A TESTIMONY OF, OR A WITNESS TO THEIR BAD TREATMENT OF PEOPLE!
