TERRIBLE!
They assured me a pick up date, then nothing happened, could not get anybody on the phone, left numerous messages, no reply. Then to top it off, they billed my credit card the $150 for no service rendered. They said they would only take deposit when the vehicle was picked up. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card company plus filing a complaint with the Florida BBB. I encourage this, and maybe this company will be taken out. They already have a stellar rating of D- for the BBB in Florida. Stay far away from these idiots. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, bill you, then not deliver your car or any good service.
