101domain is a domain registration site, but they made unauthorized charges on my account for domains I didn't want.  They do not honor return/refund policies.  They don't respond to support tickets, and in order to get my money back I had to dispute the transactions.

Do not buy or use them for domain registrations.  They have hidden fees and they are uncooperative customer service.  They are just trying to steal from their customers.  I am sure they will be uncredited by ICANN soon.
