101Domains.com stole my domain names!!!

I transferred several of my domain names to 101Domain.com. I paid the fee for the domain transfers however after several days, I saw that no transfer had taken place.  I called 101Domain on the phone and the support clerk stated that he saw no payment on my account.  He said that I needed to make payment.  I made payment with him over the phone and when my bank statement arrived, it showed that I had been billed twice by 101Domain for the same transfers.

Believing that they were an honest company, I watched my bank account and waited for them to reverse one of the transactions. It would obviously show in their accounting that they had billed me twice!!! They did not return the money!

After weeks, of watching my bank account, I called them and asked them why they hadnt reversed the additional transaction.  The support clerk was confused, could not understand the invoices on the account. The invoices did not clearly state which domain transfer they referred to and he could not figure them out.  After approximately 45 minutes on the phone explaining and re-explaining the problem, I decided to handle it through my bank.  I was too busy to wait any longer.

My bank immediately saw that they had double-billed me for the exact same invoice number and returned the funds to me.

I received an email from 101Domains.com requesting that I not ask my bank to reverse the charges but to handle the error through their billing department.  Well, I had tried that and it had not worked!

Suddenly all of my websites stopped working, 101Domains put a hold on my domain names, stopped my websites from appearing, and prevented me from logging into my account, transferring my domain names or doing anything with the very domain names I had ALREADY paid for (and that they DOUBLE-BILLED me for!!!).

Even after several phone calls, they have done NOTHING to correct the problem.  They are holding my domain names.  I no longer have control over my domain names even though I paid for them and 101Domain.com made an error by double-billing me.  The error was on their part, they have penalized me for their error and they have stolen my domain names from me!!!

Beware of this company they have extremely dishonest billing practices, and overall policies and procedures!!!!
