101ink.com Refurbished ink cartridges don't work and company doesn't refund California

 Just want consumers to be aware this website doesn't sell high quality ink cartridges and also doesn't stand behind their product. I bought 2 black cartridges and 1 color for a total of $59.99 and when I tried to install the black ink, my printer could not be aligned properly. I tried the second cartridge with the same results.

When I purchased a HP ink cartridge my printer worked fine. After calling and being told they would try to troubleshoot my printer(already had the HP cartridge in and didn't want to screw with the printer yet again) I told them that wasn't possible. The service rep said they couldn't return my money unless they went thru their troubleshooting. They also wouldn't take the color cartridge back even though it wasn't opened because they wanted to troubleshoot that too.

I wouldn't recommend this company and will never order thru them again.
