 The owners of this property have been renting it out with the promise to each tenant that the contaminated well water, that provides drinking water to the house will be fixed. In each case the tenant moves in and with a promise from Lu the landlord that the water will be disinfected of the ecoli, sulpher and iron, which is highly harmfull to humans and can case liver failure in several weeks after consumption. The downside is the landlord does not return phone calls, except any letters or summons once the tenant has settled in and is expecting the water to be disinfected.

The landlords activity has been fraudulent and sadly enough when the tenant with children, in most cases finaly gets the landlords attention, she gets a friend of hers to create a bogus clean water test and then she files a unlawful detainer against the tenant. She manages to loose the unlawfull detainer cases because of earlier water contaimination reports filed against the property.
