1800 get slim, top surgeons, beverly hills office LIARS!!!! beverly hills, California

I went in for a consultation..and I should have run from the get go. They were so unorganized and the staff was really incompetent. I was then put in a room and the dr, came in I asked how many surgeries he has done and he was so smarmy he was like Hey we do like 20 a day....i said i didn't ask that i said how many have you done and he said well about 25. He was pretty sleezy and just wanted me to get on board with the surgery and hardly answered any of my questions. I was then asked to do some medical tests. Now they had my insurance card and Marcella my contact person said oh yes you are covered no problem. I had to do some pre-medical tests, endoscopy etc. so i did which was told was covered, come to get a bill for $4250.00 which i am responsible for even after i got the bill Marcella had told me no you are not responsible for this but my insurance company keeps telling me NOPE YOU ARE NOT COVERED....well who should i believe..
