ussearch will leave you searching for your patience

Found on the internet 1-800-ussearch;call them just to get a laugh.It is the most bizarre run company;everyone working there has to be mentally ill.On the internet I found ussearch; the basic search just for an address was 9.99 or 9.95 to do by credit card or check so I decided to do a check but it wouldn't take on line so I called the 1800ussearch#.They took my mothers checking account info(thats who I was finding the address for)and said in about an hour or two they would have the address which we needed by email.After I hung-up Irealized that he did not give the total on the check so I called back;and they are extremely rude and stupid!so they put me thru to a supervisor which took over a half-hour of waiting and she told me that there was no record in the computer of my transaction,so she said her account would not be charged so I left it at that.Two months later she received an address in the mail;no explanation nothing.It was the requested address on the search but they said I would have it on my computer in about two hours.We had already got the address somewhere else because it was needed the next day from when I called.A month or so after that she received a bill from a collection agency called insta-check it said she owed over a hundred dollars to ussearch or they were going to put her in bad credit.I called them and tried to explain what happened and this crazy woman just kept screaming at me; and told me to pay the bill.So again I called 1800ussearch and tried to speak with customer service on one call I waited 45 minutes and no one answered so tired of waiting I hung up and tried again waited 35 minutes again no answer so I hung up.So I let it go at that then she gets another letter from instacheck stating again that if she does not pay it she will be put into bad credit.I wrote them a note telling how ignorant the woman was and did not want to hear anything and they have not sent a response back.How can they advertise a service for less than 10.00dollars and charge over a hundred dollars;when I did not receive the service in the first place!Any others who have had experience with 1800ussearch please contact jman100020@aol.com
