1on1 Marketing -Todd Adams Education Campaign, Call Center, Lead Generation, Not Paying the Bill, Disregarding Contract Lehi Utah

I highly suggest not doing business with 1on1 Marketing because they have no abided by the terms set forth. Below is our contracting stating that payment will be made within 30 days. We are now at 60 days and have been told it will be another 1-6 months before we receive payment. The terms were clearly stated below and we need to pay our call center for the services rendered for Education Lead Generation that was conducted for 1on1 Marketing.

All invoices were sent in a timely manner to 1on1 Marketing.

Payment Terms: Reports for final billable numbers for a given month during a Campaign will be sent to Company between the 1st and 5th of the calendar month following the billing period (unless the 5th falls on a weekend or a holiday, in which case the report will be sent the following day or Monday). The reports will detail the numbers of acceptable Leads and Bad Leads for the applicable billing period, however only acceptable Leads will be included in the final monthly billable numbers. Company will not bill One on One, and One on One will not be responsible to pay, for any good Leads provided by Company in excess of the applicable Lead Cap. Additionally, One on One will not pay for Bad Leads, which will be excluded from any invoice. Company will then invoice One on One for the number of accepted Leads reported to Company by EMAILING AN ELECTRONIC COPY of such billing invoice to ap@1on1.com in order to ensure prompt payment. One on One will make payment to Company within thirty (30) days of receipt of each valid invoice.
