Received solicitation of Home Buyer Leads via phne call.
Agreed to try for 30days, Paid $280.00. Did not received any instruction for 10days for further action. Tried to logon to the activation instruction by 2 sites provided but failed. Tried to contact the Customer Care Department by calling and return emails.

Also sending faxes to the original Sales Person and his Supervisor, Andy Garcia. Customer Service only answered in prerecorded messages and Voice Message System was always "full" or "unavailable. I was to totally frustrated and disappointed by the mortgage company which according to the sales person, Mike Valenti nation's No.1 (in what ?).

I was not able to activate the activation email to get the benefit of the leads they were supposed to be sending to me so, I requested cancellation fo the 30days trial deal and refund of @280.00. (by repeating request by fax and message left in their voice mail box. Only one message was left in my message box saying that the cancellation request had been processed and there would be no chareges.

I have been asking for the refund of @280.00 for last 2 weeks. I fainally able to talked to Tamara Dancun and requested the refund. She told me that if I send her the request by fax rightaway, she would take care of it.
It's been a week since I faxed the request but no responses have been received. They call you urgently when they want my attention but they are never available when I want to communicate with them.

They are conducting their business in very poor satandards yet they are misleading people as the NO.1 Mortgage Comapany in US. I warn people not to trust them .
