Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever Misleading Advertising, Horrible Customer Service, Slow, Slow, Slow Sacramento Internet

I ordered two wall sconces from 1stoplighting website, in fact the exact two pictured on the site's big banner promising $100 back if not delivered in 5 days.  Well it took 10, and they would only refund the $100 after I threatened to report them to the BBB, etc.  When the sconces finally arrived, they were the wrong color, just unfinished hollow resin cylinders.  They were missing all of the bulb sockets, mounting plates, wiring, etc.!  Then it took another 2-3 weeks to get a return shipping label and refund from them.
