This outfit is a network of scam artist. First they call you promising the world, actually it was a lady who then transferred me to a senior consultant. He spun a good web of deceit , but I had no idea. After several days of courting me over the phone, I believed I had found the firm to properly represent me, HUGE mistake on my part. The senior consultant secured payment , leading me to believe my problems were solved.THREE weeks later my accounts were levied by the IRS, what a shocker. I called my legal team at 20-20 furious , they tried to calm me down with yet more lies. They stated that the problem was under control not to worry. The money would be released back into my account. This was $8500, my payroll and rent , so you can just imagine how concerned I really was. After an additional 2 weeks, against their instructions, I called my Revenue Officer directly. First of all HE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF 20/20 Financial, and secondly they dam sure never contacted him on my behalf. At this point I was so angry, stunned, ashamed at my decision, but most of all  I was just plane robbed out of $3700.

I was able to, after showing all of my documents from 20/20, get my Revenue Officer to release $4500 back into my account. I did have to borrow money from my parents to make payroll, thanks mom. These guys still have  NOT refunded my money, they have a NO refund policy. My question is simple, how are they still in business?? I can't be the first and I am certain I won't be the last!!! If your are fortunate enough to be reading this, stay clear of this company or you could be their next victim.

AUTHOR: Anonym0us - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 13, 2012

I Received a phone call from 20/20 telling me my business has a lien on it i looked it up and nothing comes up these people need to be stopped i already got scammed once i don't need this and i'm sure no one else needs to get burned they give me no information about my lien and there asking me fore $1,000 starting fee for them to represent me in my case if they are a scam and they are out there I am still worried that i might have a lien i am a new business owner and i don't know about these things so how can i make sure that I don't have a lien so I can stop worrying about this ?
