24 hour tax.com aka file late.com Freely giving out other peoples social security numbers! Internet

This company called my personal cell phone yesterday arround 1:19pm.  I did not recognize the number (702-609-7445) so I did not answer.  I later checked my voice mail only to recieve a message for someone else.  I was shocked that half way through the message the rep named Clark actually said this persons full social security number on an unidentified voice mail. 

I would have a lawsuit against them if it was my information given out to a third party or voicemail.  Obviously this company, who does not sound very professional in the way they speak, does not care about others privacy.  I am still at a loss as to what this company actually does, other then breech confidentiality, but from what I have heard just on this voice mail, I would definately stay away.
