24/7 Auto Glass Didn't install front window correctly, wrong seal for 2007 van window, looks terrible Tempe, Arizona

Arizona Auto wash, 1920 S. Alma School Rd. Mesa, talked me into using 24/7 auto glass to repair my broken windshield.  I was assured of a 1st class job that had a lifetime warranty.  And that this a like company  my insurance would use.  24/7 installed a new windshield on my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan.  It took them hours.  There were ripples in the gasket across the top of the winshield, and it just looked bad. 

I finally decided this was shoddy work so called them.  They sent a guy out that confirmed a bad job.  The window gasket isn't even the one for my van.  Nothing happened.  They sent another guy out that couldn't believe their company did this terrible job.  To say the least, I've set up times for them to come and fix the job, and they never show.  This has been going on for two months.  Not only is 24/7 responsible, but the Auto Wash is responsible.  I'm not sure where I go from here.
