The recording, when I placed the order for the product, indicated I would receive an e-mail confirming the shipping and tracking information, that was 2 days ago and still no e-mail.  When I checked my account, however, the full cost for the product had been deducted.  I sent an e-mail to Customer Service the very next morning requesting cancellation of the order and a refund.  Mind you, this is a weekend so I am not expecting shipments to be sent as when you call their customer service number their hours are indicated as 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST. 

I just got off the phone with one of their reps - Sassy (not sure if that's what she said as she had a very heavy accent).  She tells me the product has already been but, get this, no tracking number has been assigned.  I told her I still had not received an e-mail about the order, shipping, or tracking, and she says, "I could send it to you right now."  Then she proceeds to tell me shipping will taking 7-10 business days, when the recording said it would be shipped "express" and should arrive in 5-10 business days.  She then tells me that a refund will not be granted until they receive the merchandise back at their location.  I told her I sent a e-mail through Customer Service to cancel the order the very next morning after I placed it, and her response was, "Is there anything else I can help you with," completely ignoring me.

I have stuck by my rule of not ordering from infomercials all this time and for some reason slipped.  This is what I get for being hardheaded.  People, please, do not waste your time or money.  No, I haven't tried the product and don't really want to.  Their bad business practices and false advertisement made me change my mind, and from this day forward I will definitely stick to my rule.  Now, I have to take time to post messages here and to the BBB, hoping I'll get some resolution and definitely hoping my words will sway other viewers away from this company and their product.  Don't believe the hype!
