On EBay and www.30minphonerepair.com, I paid $55 to this person for a service of fixing/repairing/refurbish my cracked screen iPhone 6S Plus LCD on 07/18/2016 but this person have not done the job, have not responding my inquiry, have not return my LCD, have not refund my money. I've been contacting this person several times in the last 30 days but there is no replying/responding. He's simply ignored and steal my LCD by keeping it. My shattered glass LCD's current market price is $120 (original/authentic/genuine Apple product). This theft keeps my LCD and he could replace outer glass for this LCD, then making money by resale it to other for the current price of $190.

 Seller sent back my LCD and fulfilled his promise by refunding 50% of service fee after 35 calendar days, so case is closed and reviews are removed.

DESCRIBING THE SITUATION/PROBLEM & UPDATING LATEST STATUS:

1. I placed an order for service of refurbishing iPhone 6S Plus screen for $55 and paid by PayPal on 07/18/2016. USPS tracking system showed that my LCD is successfully delivered to him on 07/20/2016.

2. I waited and waited for this guy to returning my LCD but I have not received anything, so on 07/31/2016, I emailed him to ask about it. I was his repeated customer for several times, so I remember that turning time is about 5 business days but this time was 11 days passed for nothing. This is my FIRST up set because NOBODY wants to wait for many days for nothing. EVERYONE will choose service from other person if they knew that this person DOES NOT do the service for 11 days.

3. On the same day of 07/31/2016, he replied an email (LAST email he sent it to me) saying that "he's sorry for forgotten fixing my LCD" and he OFFERED me 2 options: RETURN my UNTOCHED LCD back to me & FULL refund of the service fee OR he'll fix my LCD on 08/08/2016 & 50% REFUND of the service fee. I replied him IMMEDIATELY with my option of choosing waiting for more time until 08/08/2016 plus 50% off of service fee. Also, I told him in the email that "I'm really need my LCD because that my primary phone, not a spare one" and I mentioned that I'll send a reminding email on 08/07/2016.

4. I send a reminding email to him on 08/07/2016 and waiting for his respond or an USPS tracking number about sending my LCD back to me but NO ACTION on his side.

5. On 08/11/2016, I sent an email, asking him to fulfill his promise but NO RESPONDING/REPLYING.

6. On 08/13/2016, after waiting for 48h for his REPLYING/RESPONDING but he still IGNORED my request, I sent a DEMANDING email with WARNING about what actions I'm going to do to against him and the DEADLINE time will be 08/16/2016 but he still IGNORED me. I listed a list of what actions I'll do to against him in the email.

7. On 08/16/2016, he had his 72h to solve problem with me or AT LEAST responding to me with asking more time or other option but he chose SILENCE, so I started a lot of actions to against him, such as filing PayPal dispute, filling consumer complaint to CA and Missouri District Attorney General, leaving true feedback about him on EBay and local Yelp, making reporting to 3 major websites (RipOffReport, SiteJabber,Trustpilot).

As you guys can see that I ran out of patience with him after waiting for almost a month with several emails but he DID NOT work with me, DID NOT care about his customer and maybe he DID NOT believe that I KNOW how and willing to take ACTIONS against him. All COMMUNICATING emails were using EBAY emailing system, so there is NO LIE or MAKE UP/CREATING FAKE emails here. I'm willing to provide all EBay emails between him and I to prove that he's a IRRESPONDSIBLE person. He blamed that he was busy to move his entire family cross the country but what about his PROMISE and service job RESPONSIBILITY ? At least, he replies my email, asking for more time or offering me more option but he CHOSE IGRNORRING me. Here is the latest update about the LCD status. After many actions against him, he sent something to me. why I said "something" ? Because I still have not received it yet, so I don't know that he sent my LCD in good shape with fully functional or something else ? As of right now while I'm typing these sentences which is 08/21/2016, I still have not received what he sent it to me. Here is his USPS tracking number show that item is still in transit, NOT delivered yet but he STATED that "I received it already". 9505510590046230017697 (USPS tracking system shows that he mailed it from Missouri to me in Oakland, California) I still waiting for him to do the 50% off service fee as he promised in EBay emailing.
