I purchased a copy of a DVD movie that was rated Excellent on the sellers web site. The sellers statement of Excellent meant sharp picture and audio. The movies colors were soft. the DVD disc skipped and the audio was very poor. The DVD was not anywhere close to Excellent. The seller' email address has rejected three email requests to resolve the issue and there has been no call back to my phone request.
